I am a survivor of childhood leukemia (ALL).  I am now in my 30's and I suffer from chronic depression/PTSD.  I have had great difficulty coping with the long term effects of cancer...and how this is affecting my current life and will affect my future.  It is exhausting.  Most days I wonder why it is worth fighting this battle everyday.  I have been to a therapist (both social worker and psychologist).  However, nothing seems to have a lasting result on my daily mood.  Are there any survivors or parents of survivors who have had successful treatment for depression and/or PTSD?  I have read most of the research, but that doesn't help solve the problem.  Thanks you!
