NCAA Football - September Recognition of Childhood Cancer

I know that Michelle and Debbie have been working tirelessly trying to get the NFL to recognize Setember/CC Awareness Month. Since I live in Austin, TX, it's all about the Texas Longhorns here -and we're also graduates : ) - So, I checked with the program coordinator at our clinic/hospital, and we are now working on getting the UT vs. Texas Tech nationally televised football game on September 19th here in Austin to recognize CC Awareness month, and maybe even get some of the kids from here to get to go to the game and be recongnized. It's very early, and nothing is definite at all, but I thought I would let everyone here know, so if you live in a big college football town, you might check with contacts at your hospital, and see if they can help you out on this. Even if it doesn't work out here, maybe it will for you in your city. Let us know if you you have any luck.

Oh - and Hook 'Em Horns!
