- Madeleine was diagnosed with stage III intermediate risk Neuroblastoma at four months of age. She has been through 8 rounds of chemotherapy and two major surgeries. Some tumor still remains in her spinal canal, and has proven unresponsive to chemotherapy. She is facing another surgery shortly where we will hopefully find out that the tumor is maturing. If this is the case it will be allowed to grow (monitored, of course) until it reaches maturity.

I am new to this site and came across ur ad. I live in Vista...about 45 mins north of San Diego. My daughter, Audrey, was diagnosed at 2 years of age with Ganglioneuroblastoma stage 3. She did 3 rounds of chemo and surgery to remove the remainder of the tumor. She is now 6 years old and doing great! This year will be her 5 year cancer free mark. So hang in there and stay strong. =) If there is anything I can do to help you just let me know. We have the same first name by the way too! =)

I haven't meet any one with tumor within the spinal colum like Adriana had. Hope your having a great day. Look forward to getting to know you and working together to kick cancer's bootie!!
Madeleine is adorable! Thank God she is doing well. Thanks for joining PAC2 so we can all join forces and fight childhood cancer together. We lost our sweet son 8 months ago and saw what so many kids go through. Let's make a difference.
