Not sure who you would talk to at Cleveland Clinic but at Akron Children's, I spoke to the social worker that is part of the Oncology dept. When newly dx. come in, social worker says that they are given a folder of resources. I am trying to get her to include PAC2 info with the resource info. It has been kinda slow going but I will continue to press on. I may just talk to Oncology nurses on the side and ask them to pass along the info if actual hospital won't put info in resource folder. I would start with a social worker or Life Specialist in Oncology there.
