Our son, Benjamin, was diagnosed with Stage 1 Burkitt’s Lymphoma January 3, 2005. Although Burkitt’s Lymphoma has a 93% cure rate, Ben died eight short months later on August 20, 2005. Ben approached everyday with courage, strength and grace. He sought to enjoy every moment, seeking all opportunities to play with friends and celebrate life.

His love, concern and compassion for his brother and friends are our inspiration to provide hope and restore joy to all children affected by cancer. We believe the time is here to come together as a Nation and eliminate cancer as a threat to all our children.
