I am a mother of a little boy who fought leukemia for three years of his young life. Consequently, I founded the Pediatric Oncology Treasure Chest Foundation. Chapter 2

Dear Beans

February 18, 1993

Dear Marty,

Today was the first day you were physically sick. One minute you felt fine, then out of the blue you were crying over a stomachache and feeling like you were going to vomit.

My heart ached for you. If it could be me, I'd trade in a minute.

In the afternoon, the medical staff told me you could come home. I was shocked and horrified. You were like a rag doll. You were so weak you could barely walk. Nurse Sheila… Continue

Chapter 1

"I'm Sorry to Say Martin is One . . . "

Hi Colleen,

I just wanted to let you know that we generally do not have 'groups' for specific organizations. What I do is list them under PAC2 reps and offer the chance to write a Guest Column and add events and do other things to raise awareness of your organizations efforts. I will list you when I update this weekend. So, that I way I 'denied' your Group. Hope you understand. Thanks for being here.

Hi Colleen,
Thanks for joining PAC2. Sorry to read about your little boy.

Your organization can be added to our list under GROUPS (tabs above), PAC2 Reps....find AJ's dad on here, he can add it there. Please help us spread the word of PAC2...invite all of your contacts....we need to UNITE....ONE VOICE.

Take care.
