My son, Malcolm, was diagnosed with Pelvic Ewing's Sarcoma at age 10. During treatment, he became frustrated by the lack of awareness and funding for cures for pediatric cancer so he incorporated a foundation, and named it Make Some Noise: Cure Kids Cancer. He has been doing his best to raise awareness and funding since the foundation's incorporation in September 2009.
His foundation's official kick-off was on January 23, 1010, (where his awareness video made its debut), and netted over $100,000. for research that evening.
In the 16 months since incorporation, he and his foundation have raised over $4000,000. Here is recent coverage of his foundation and his new corporate offices: http://njnnewspublictv.wordpress.com/2011/02/01/makesomenoise
