My name is Lily. I am 4 years old and I am a very happy, thriving little girl... I have a brain tumor. It is a grade II, infiltrating mixed glioma( astrocytoma AND oligodendroglioma ) in the thalamus. Because of the location they cannot touch it without "destroying me". I was just recently removed from a COG protocol after 14 months, due to an allergic reaction to carboplatin. The protocol was a pilot study of carboplatin, vincristine and temodar. I tolerated the treatment very well. My parents are now supporting me with a variety of nutritional/supplemental and homeopathic remedies in the hope that the tumor will not grow, and perhaps get smaller, until the day that a cure is found!

For Google's 10th anniversary, they've brought back the oldest available index...
Interesting to take a look at what we did,and did not have access to just 7 years ago! I thank Google for existing.
Interesting to search for things AFTER 2001, it's as if they never existed.
A nice way to waste some quality time...

Maybe somehow we could get Google to help us with our mission...

Hi Denis - Thanks for your email last week. And an extra thank you for the outstanding gift you sent. It put a smile on our face every morning since. Lily, both you and Olivia will continue to be in our thoughts an prayers. Also, if anything comes my way as far as new information, treatment, etc. I will be sure to pass it onto to you. Hi Dennis, Olivia, and Lily,

Thanks for sharing the site info, I don't really know what I am doing for now. Will you be attending the Pumpkin Festival on Saturday? Maura and I are planning to be there.

Take care, the O'Briens
