Hello, my 8 yr old daughter has been diagnoised with extraskeltal myxoid chondosarcoma, yet it is not 100% difinitive. We are awaiting results of a biological study. The tumor was a superficial mass less that 3 cen, it was located in her upper arm. It was removed on sept 2, 2008. She has had an additional surgery to clean up around the site.All scans and margins are clear at this time.

It is hard enough having to fight cancer but then to not know how to fight and exactly what it is is even more frustrating. I will keep her in my thoughts and prayers.
