Raise Childhood Cancer Awareness in your community

Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) is happy to announce another round of free book distribution of “Alex and the Amazing Lemonade Stand” .  The book was written by my wife and I with help from Alex.  We would encourage you to take a copy to your kid's class or library.  We like to describe the book as an inspiring and true story and will fill people up with emotion and motivation to make a difference in the lives of kids affected by childhood cancer.

My daughter inspired a new program to find new cures for childhood brain cancer

My daughter, Anjuli Jacobs, died in 2001 of the most deadly cancer of all - brain stem cancer, otherwise known as a pontine glioma. We donated the tumor to researchers at Seattle Children's Hospital/the Fred Hutcheson Cancer Research Center/the UW Medical Center. It was the FIRST time a pontine glioma was ever donated.
