My wife Sherrie and I started this fund shortly after our the 13 month old son, Brady Michael was diagnosed with Non-Differentiated Acute Leukemia, a very rare form of leukemia.
Brady went through 6 rounds of chemotherapy and 1 peripheral blood stem cell transplant. 72 days after Brady’s successful transplant, he relapsed. On July 30, 2010 Brady passed away in his loving Mother's arms.
Pediatric leukemia or any pediatric cancer is nothing short of pure evil. It has no soul, makes no sense and it must be stopped. The Hugs for Brady Foundation was created to help ease the pain this horrible disease causes to children.
Our goal is simple, to help in any and every way possible to ease the pain of the children and their families who have cancer. We pledge that every dollar donated will be spent the pursuit curing this disease.
Sherrie and I are dedicated to this cause and will not stop until pediatric cancer is a forgotten disease. So, it’s simple the more money we can raise the more children will be helped.
